1. Subscriptions & Payments

    • Our services operate on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the client’s plan.
    • Payments must be made in advance for continued access to services.

  2. Cancellations

    • Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
    • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  3. Refunds

    • Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
      • Duplicate billing due to a system error.
      • Technical errors caused solely by our system that result in the failure to deliver services.
    • No refunds will be issued for services already rendered or for partial months of service.

  4. Exceptional Cases

    In special circumstances, clients may submit a written request for review. Refunds or credits in such cases will be considered at the sole discretion of C&H Intelligence.
